Returns and Refunds

You may return any unworn item with its original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Email support@maisonelise.com with your order number. We will send return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

Need a different size? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing tags cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
